BIM requirements are important as they define how modeling should be done, and the information required for consistent and reliable area calculations, cost estimations, energy analysis, and code compliance. Solibri Model Checker 7.1 introduces the ability to verify BIM compliance with the recently published Norwegian Statsbygg BIM Manual, the National BIM Requirements of Finland (to be published in March 2012), and enhanced building code checking capabilities.
